Front office Agent

The ideal candidate has already gained some experience in the role and is motivated to grow in a dynamic and professional environment.

Main Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting guests
Managing reservations and front office activities
Supporting check-ins and check-outs
Communicating effectively with internal departments
Availability to work shifts and, when necessary, cover night porter duties

Requirements
Good command of English; a second foreign language is a plus
Experience in hotel establishments
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer orientation
Dynamic attitude, proactivity, and ease in interacting with guests
Knowledge of Ericsoft management software (preferable but not mandatory)
